This customized massage is designed to each clients personal needs. Weather you are coming in for relaxation or soft tissue pain, our goal is to meet your therapy/treatment goals. All treatment and therapy is discussed with the client. This massage may include: swedish, trigger point, active isolated stretching, cupping, compression, and many other techniques. 

Infrared Sauna

         This type of sauna uses Infrared light to warm your body and produce a healthy, detoxifying sweat that will filter out toxins from your body such as heavy metals, BPA, PCB’s etc. Some other benifits this sauna has are increased production of collagen and elastin(the protiens that keep our skin looking young and healthy), relaxtion and stress reduction, improved cardiovascular health, increased metabolism, relief for sore joints and muscles and improved immune function. 

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

What is Manual Lymphatic Drainage?

Gentle technique used to promote drainage of the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is the waste management of the body that cleans and removes debris and creates lymphocytes for healing and anti-aging. 

What are the Benefits? Reduce swelling/scarring/bruising, promotes healing and anti-aging.

Indicated for:  Lymphedema, Pre/Post Op Cosmetic/Plastic surgeries, Pre/Post Op for most surgeries, Cancer and Mastectomy with clearance from Oncologist and Treating Physicians, Swelling, Fibromyalgia, and many more conditions.

Origins:  Dr. Emil & Estrid Vodder, Danish 1936 introduced technique in Paris, France. After WW2 returned to Copenhagen to teach.

What is Cupping? Deep tissue technique using cups.

 What are the Benefits? Stimulate circulation/increase blood flow/reduce pain/widen blood vessels/open pores.

Indicated for: Emotional release/fibromyalgia/scar tissue/athletes/diabetics/pain relief and many more conditions.

Origins: Ancient Chinese, Egyptians, Middle Eastern Cultures, One of the oldest medical textbooks in the world, the Ebers Papyrus, describes how the ancient Egyptians used cupping therapy in 1,550 B.C. Although cupping has been around for a long time, it became well known during the Summer Olympics when Michael Phelps was seen with the cupping marks on the upper body and people questioned the marks.
